Our legislative efforts benefit everyone in the West Michigan Multifamily Housing Industry.  If you are a non-member, please consider joining today. Have a voice and do your part to protect the industry. 

There are numerous threats each year at the state and local level that would make the construction and/or management of apartment communities more difficult, and through long standing relationships with many legislators on both sides of the aisle we must continue to convey to them the damage that could be done to an industry whose primary purpose is to provide quality apartment homes to families in Michigan.
