Position: Regional Vice President

Description: Enhance current portfolio performance by setting operational objectives with community managers; recommending and implementing new policies and procedures to add value to assets under management; oversee all capital improvements to the properties, prepare property budgets for final approvals. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, including special projects. Participate in manager conferences as required.
Flexibility to travel is a requirement.
Qualifications: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of 5 years experience in multi-site supervisory capacity overseeing personnel and multifamily properties.
• 4 year college degree in Real Estate; Business; Management; Marketing; Finance or Psychology preferred, but experience can substitute.
