Education for apartment industry professionals is one of the primary initiatives of PMA of West Michigan. This committee is responsible for planning and promoting educational seminars and workshops that are instrumental in the success of Managers, Leasing Consultants and Maintenance Staff throughout west Michigan.

Monitoring legislative issues at the local level is another primary initiative of PMA of West Michigan. This committee is responsible for building relationships with legislators, monitoring issues affecting the industry and planning and promoting legislative receptions.

The Membership Committee establishes membership goals, plans an anuual campaign and reviews membership benefits. This committee meets bi-monthly and brainstorms creative ways to retain and increase growth of the association as a result of the membership base.

Each year the event has a different theme determined by the committee members.
