Please take a moment to contact your Michigan House of Representative to ask for support of HB 5034. The bill would authorize landlords to enter into the premises of a tenant, upon meeting certain criteria, without being subject to Michigan unlawful entry statute.

The winners receive recognition and a prestigious award at the Gala Awards dinner each November. All members of the Property Management Association of Michigan (PMAM) are eligible to enter. Property Management Professionals and Business Partners (vendor members) may enter as many categories as they choose, each entry is submitted on an entry board with supporting materials. All Property Management categories are applicable to conventional and affordable housing.
